Music project delivery
Dear label, here’s everything.
Submit your music files, credits, and metadata directly to your label in a professional, structured delivery. Music project delivery allows you to package and deliver your project to industry standards, at any stage of the creation process, ensuring no contributor or file versions are left behind.

A smarter way to deliver your music projects to your label.
Your audio files aren’t the only thing labels need and sharing multiple file versions, credits, and metadata can get messy with spreadsheets, download links, zip folders, and endless email threads that weren’t designed for the job. In fact, that’s the perfect recipe for missing credits, misspelled names, and lost royalties.
Music project delivery brings it all into one clean, connected system. Organize your full project at the start or creation – from alternate versions to final contributor credits including creators, performers, producers, and engineers – and send it directly to your label no matter what stage your music is at.
Deliver your music in a way your label actually wants to receive it.
How does Music project delivery work?
- Create and manage your music projects with unlimited versions – upload all your files from demos to masters, add music credits and metadata, all within MusicTeam®
- Submit your music projects directly to your point of contact at the label with our Connex integration.
- If your label uses Connex, your MusicTeam® project submissions (audio files, credits, and metadata) will land directly in your label’s Connex inbox. If they don’t have a Connex account, they’ll be prompted to create one.
No formatting stress. No missing info. Just professional delivery, done right.
