Music project delivery is a collaborative tool developed by MusicTeam® in partnership with Connex. It helps creators, engineers, producers and managers organize, credit and send ongoing music projects with all the metadata, music credits and audio files directly to record labels, thanks to our Connex partnership. Labels receive all submissions in their Connex account without the chaos of scattered files, email chains, or missing metadata.
Music project delivery is built for artists, producers, engineers, and managers already working with a label across recording, mixing, and release workflows. Basically anyone responsible for delivering music professionally to a record label.
Unlike generic file-sharing platforms, Music project delivery is built specifically for music creation workflows. In these platforms, you’d have to provide a link for the audio files and a separate document for metadata and music credits. That’s part of where the issue stems for music credits. In MusicTeam®, we automatically identify different versions (mixes, alternates, new songs), track music credits in each versions and deliver projects to labels in structured, industry-standard formats.
Projects with labels get stalled over missing credits or metadata, version confusion, etc. Music project delivery eliminates these bottlenecks by ensuring your music is properly credited with all the correct metadata and label-ready at any stage of the music creation process.

- Credit disputes or oversights
- Redeliveries due to incorrect versions

- Upload and organize multiple versions of a song or project
- Easily invite collaborators to help you manage projects
- Maintain a full list contributors and credits for all your versions
- Submit everything your label needs (audio file, music credits, and metadata) from one place
- Access a complete submission history ensuring your label has received the correct version, metadata and music credits

MusicTeam® is an all-in-one platform that helps creators and professionals take control of their music. By combining catalog management, rights registration, distribution (including immersive audio formats like 360 Reality Audio and Dolby Atmos), and project delivery into one streamlined workflow, MusicTeam® makes it easier to stay organized, collect royalties, and present your music professionally to the industry. Whether you’re an independent artist or an established professional, our goal is to simplify the complex processes of music management so you can focus on your creativity.
Our platform supports both independent and professional users:
Music creators who want to distribute music, manage metadata, and register works without needing multiple services or dealing with multiple portals.
Established professionals such as managers, producers, and engineers who require tools for delivering fully packaged projects, complete with metadata and credits, to partners and labels.
Unlike single-purpose services (e.g., distributors, publishing administrators, or catalog apps), MusicTeam® unifies all the critical steps of music management in one platform. This reduces administrative burden, ensures complete metadata, and prevents lost royalties. Our unique combination of catalog management, rights registration, distribution, and professional project delivery sets us apart as the only truly integrated solution.
You can create an account directly on the MusicTeam® sign-up page. Select the account type that fits your needs (Individual, Business or Manager) then select your preferred Workspace, upload your first assets, and begin managing, distributing, or registering your music.
Yes. Our blog and help center cover topics such as metadata, copyright, royalties, and catalog management. We aim to make complex industry processes easier to understand for self-releasing creators and professionals alike.
You can reach the MusicTeam® support team directly through the in-app chat or by emailing [email protected].
Our All-in-One workspace is designed for artists and rights holders who want to manage their entire catalog in one place — from works and recordings to registrations and distribution.
Our Projects workspace is built for producers, engineers, and collaborators who work on sessions and need to deliver complete packages of content to labels or partners. It focuses on organizing credits, metadata, and assets on a project-by-project basis.
Yes. Once you sign up, you can activate the other workspace at any time. Many producers and engineers who work with both DIY and label-supported artists use both — the All-in-One for catalog oversight, and the Projects workspace for label-ready project delivery.
All current subscription tiers and pricing information are listed on our Pricing Page.

Dolby Atmos is a spatial audio format that places individual sounds in a three-dimensional field. This allows listeners to experience your music with greater depth and immersion, as if they are surrounded by the performance. MusicTeam® enables you to distribute Atmos mixes directly to platforms that support it.
Yes, if the new version represents a material creative change—such as a remix, remaster with creative input, live version, or edit, you need a new ISRC.
